I'd gone back in time today in 2006 where MS was a hush hush industry and I was able to do close to home McDonald shops for $50 each plus reimbursement while gas price was $1 something. In reality today, fast food shops pay $0-$4 while gas price is $4 something and these shops get picked up quickly.
When I first did MS in the early 2000s, the pay of the shops I did and found were as low as they are today, like $15 for a LOT of work in fast fashion shops. It was no more than a few dollars an hour (and often much less) after everything was taken into consideration. I can't believe the $50 plus gas reimbursement for your McDonalds shops. Maybe I didn't do them long enough, search hard enough, or sign up for enough, or maybe they were just lower paid in my area? Were better shops offered to the dependable, longtime shoppers?
