Saturday was WaWa, Five Guys and Buffalo Wild Wings, all in the same mall.

Hi gang. I've been out a while, no good reason except that there has been nothing going on except Ross and WaWa. I had an extra day off today so I decided to check out my mystery shopping bookmarks and boy there is literally nothing going on. The places that used to be my bread and butter before Covid have nothing available. It's crazy, but it's WaWa again today lol

Shopping the South Jersey Shore
I’m going to Lowes tomorrow. Last time it took for-EVER to be helped by employees as I wandered around. I really don’t want to do all the steps so I hope they help me quickly so I can feign interest in electric chainsaws and paint. Checkout and return usually super easy at Lowes.
Lunch, with enough to bring home for 2 more meals, at Halal Guys.

A Nutters and Canadian Tire audit.
Yay, I got to participate in this thread!

I AM still a mystery shopper. This makes 4 for April!
Tanischri87 - I had two of these this past weekend. The first one I went on Saturday and it was a zoo! I had to wait and do most of the steps before I was able to get an associate, for both the paint and the chainsaw. The other one I did on Sunday morning. What a difference! No waiting for either one. What took the most time was waiting to make the return. smiling smiley

Did you find the script a bit too contrived, or did you let the associate take the lead?

How did you abruptly end the interaction?

The old ones seemed more free flowing.
Tried a Five Guys offer of $50 lol for a location that has been sitting forever. Oh well. REJECTED.

Got some Cane's for $15 lol. Delicious.
Three post office shops.

Soon: Just one merch that might not be more than a few phone calls. If, miraculously, I can get an appointment I will torture my back for the decent fee and whine and gasp for the rest of the day. Recently, the covid restrictions have prevented actual office visits. Considering the anticipated new wave of covid, I will not be surprised if this involves a few phone calls a little fee. It's okay. I have not worked gigs for several weeks and I need to ease back into the system.

I asked about the product and gave the information I was allowed to give and let the associate take the lead. The associates from the Saturday shop didn't hit their marks. The paint associate on Sunday hit every single one! I walked away thinking he must have known I was a shopper. Yes, I agree that these don't really have a natural flow. But, we do what we are told to do, right? I ended each interaction by simply stating I needed more time to think, before purchasing.
A Look and 5Guys.

The dealership gave me the keys and told me to find the car. They didn't know where it was. I didn't look very hard. I'll get a go fee.

The highlights of my week are 3 toilet paper audits ($75/store yay) and 1 station fuel sampling gig.

Wow! I’m jealous!

Someone on here recommended crowdtap -sorry your reward thing probably didn’t work as it just took me to the site. It’s taking much longer than advertised, but not unreasonable. I’ve probably earned $15 already -I’ll see when the cards come through. Totally not difficult, but not a good value of most people’s time.

One very long pool supplies app shop.

I tried multiple times to pick up Five Guys at various prices. They’re on to me! They never accept.
At home. Waiting for tiny shop reports to upload via an app. My merch locations declined the visits, so my work is essentially done here. grinning smiley

I don’t shop much during the week but I left work early and did two post offices, and a cell store

I am waiting for the next exciting opportunity!
One FasGas on my way home from visiting family
