They are time consuming. I've always had very good customer service, and I enjoy walking around the upstairs.
For the last shop I did, I asked for a bonus. I got $10. I added the bonus to the reimbursement and bought something I could actually use. The fee went into my bank account.

They only have plain white candles. I think that I got my pretty candles at Pottery Barn. There’s not much there that I can’t get at Williams Sonoma. Luckily it was literally across the street from another shop. That’s why I took it.
