I accepted a shop that I have wanted since before I became a mystery shop. Actually, I did not know that I wanted to mystery shop there. I only knew that I needed a concise way to summarize my consistent and numerous frustrations with certain aspects of an overall well-functioning shopping system. (Ranting, raving, and semi-boycotting did not result in needed changes. Trust me.) Now, there is a wonderful MSC that provides easy-to-use report forms and generous praise for mystery shoppers. Huzzah!
