Five Guys delivery shops

I know we haven't had enough Five Guys threads smiling smiley but I can't find any discussion of the delivery shops which I've now seen in two large cities. Has anyone done one? Is a third party delivery service used? The location I'm thinking of shopping doesn't have any reference to delivery on its store website.

I've done this 3 times. They used an online delivery service. They pay is incredibly generous, compared to the regular shop. I LOVE it!
Five Guys delivery..Life changing!!! I have not seen these shops but am hoping Delivery makes it way to my area.
I haven't seen it either but would try it. I'm curious as to how long it takes, would the fries be fresh and hot still?
I did one and it was rejected. I forgot to take a photo of my meal. It arrived nearly two hours after I placed my order and I was extremely hungry and irritable. My fires were cold sad smiley I did contact the delivery company and was fully reimbursed so no lost for me.
I may try one again in the future but I typically don't order from that food carrier service anyway. I prefer their competitor, ubereats.

Q. Has anyone been successful with ordering a milkshake? For whatever reason, milkshake wasn't listed on the menu for the location and I know for sure they sell milkshakes.
I've ordered from two different location, and milkshake was an option only at one of them. It must be a store by store choice.
I can't imagine how a delivery milkshake would make it very well after 20-30 minutes.
I wonder if it would be ok to use the promo code to get $10 off your first order with the largest delivery company? Also, even though it says mobile app, could it be done with a laptop?

@JL-Baltimore I ordered on my laptop.

I didn't use a promo code. If you have one, I'd save it for an order that I'm not getting reimbursed.
If you're talking about the delivery service that also takes passengers around and has lots of news about it, I think you can only use the app at least in the Atlanta area where I am. I'm stuck at my office all day in the city and I was starving one day. I wasn't thrilled about paying the company $5 to bring me fast food, but it was better than starving. I tried to use the work computer and it was just a screen that said you had to use the app. And if you're wondering about tipping the driver, the driver would like that. It says that it's not expected in the [big food delivery company] information, but the driver I talked to said any driver would be happy to take a tip. And they don't make very much. I think they make 30% of the fee, plus they have to use their own vehicle and time. It's really a terrible deal for the drivers unless they get volume.

I think it depends on if the owner has paid for the milkshake machine. I suspect they're very expensive. A new one opened up in my town and they have milkshakes. That doesn't surprise that they do and some of the established ones don't.
