Papa Johns- Got the wrong pizza- NOW what?

Well I ordered my pizza correctly (delivery) but was delivered the wrong pizza (someone elses' pizza). I took pictures of the corrected pizza when they re-delivered it and included both order times and delivery times of the both the wrong and the right pizza in my report. Now I get an email that says

"Please go back and fill out the entire report based on the incorrect pizza, including the receipt form. Then you can include details about how it was handled etc. in the overall comments."

I already did that. I have pictures of both pizzas but they can not both be put in the report- they may not like that? The receipt form has both receipts and both times. DO THEY WANT THE PICTURES OF THE WRONG PIZZA OR THE RIGHT PIZZA?..............You would think that by that the editor wants pictures of the WRONG pizza- not the RIGHT pizza? Anybody have any experience on this? I have pictures of both pizzas and thought about including a picture of each in my corrected report -- but they may not like that. What to do?
Thanks

Egads, send all photos to the scheduler with details on what happened and let her handle it? I don't know!
If they want the form done on the incorrect pizza, I would use the wrong pizza photos, myself. You used the corrected pizza and the corrected pizza is not what they want for the main report.
Yes, use the receipt(s) and photo(s) of the WRONG PIZZA. You sent them ALL the info so they could choose what they wanted; and what they want is a report JUST on the wrong pizza. In "comments", tell how it was wrong. Make sure they understand this is NOT the pizza you ordered -- otherwise, they'll come back and tell you you ordered the wrong pizza, therefore your shop is not acceptable!!!!

In fact, knowing how the location handles an error like this is VITAL to the client, so be sure to hand out kudos if warranted, or complain if warranted!!!!

And, by the way, in my experience as a pizza delivery person (LOL!!!) we are NOT paid by the company for the deliveries made to pick up mistakes, or deliver corrected orders. So, yes, if this ever happens again, be sure to tip the 2nd delivery as well (unless the driver is surly, rude, or just plain mean). He should smile, make eye contact, apologize SINCERELY, and offer to allow you to check the pizza to make sure it's the right one. He should also allow you to KEEP the wrong pizza at no charge (they'll just throw it away, anyway.)
I would send all photos to the scheduler

When that happened to me, I just explained I was given the wrong pizza and gave them the timings for that. Of course that was NSS, I even told them the driver left before I had checked the pizza. All was OK.
I would have emailed the scheduler first, explained what had happened and asked how to complete the report. That way, the scheduler has the heads up and delay in your report would not count against you in most cases. Some pizza companies may not accept the wrong pizza back due to the possibility of food tampering.

Standard procedure is for the customer to keep the wrong pizza without charge. And the for the requested pizza to be delivered as originally requested.
