BTW, JK1, did you know that there is an app you can use for companies that use the Shop Metrics platform? It's called Mobi Audit (not to be confused with Mobee). I use it for my Alta 360 and IPSOS shops. As soon as I pull out of the parking lot I find another place to park to do the report. For some shops, it requires a photo, so it's so easy to have the app open when I arrive to snap a photo of the storefront if required. Just ask your scheduler for instructions on how to download and register with the app.
I just started shopping this week. Thank you! If you have any more companies to recommend, I'd love to see them.

Look down at the bottom of this page for the link: Official List of Mystery Shopping Companies. Of course Marketforce, Trendsource, and Maritz are great beginner companies that generally have shops all over the U.S. I still shop for all three in addition to many others. There is also a link below for New Mystery Shoppers that you should check out.
Thanks Jas! I keep meaning to download the Mobi Audit App. I guess I'll make that a priority.

Oh Jk1, it cuts reporting down to almost nothing, and shops from both companies show up there with icons for the types of shops they are along with the addresses, so it has eliminated the need for any paperwork. I generally enter all the info on the app (10 minutes at the most) before moving on to the next location, and when I get home, I pull up the websites on my desktop, give the reports a quick lookover (since it's easier to see on the bigger monitor screen), and submit. You could just submit on the app if you want, though.

That's the way I usually do it save it and then check it later and then submit it.
Is it a pain to be signed up for all the different companies? I am signed up under a bunch, and trying to decide if I should sign up under more to find more shops? (Not many in my area)
It's interesting that I also live in central Florida, but my stats do not mirror yours!

Hi Anne. Central Florida for me as well! I've noticed TONS of open shops in this geographical area, but I'm very selective with mine - mostly restaurants, grocery, and retail. Seems to me, in this locale one can be as busy (or not) as one chooses to be. IMO

@Jk1noleā€¦
VERY impressive! Thanks for sharing!

I live in Northern Florida/Southern Georgia, and Marketforce, Trendsource, and Maritz always have open shops, sure wish I was closer to Jacksonville or Gainesville, then Orlando, and Miami always looking for shoppers.
I am disabled at this point and can not do some of the shops because try taking photos of gas stations using a walker is just.... you know what I mean.
Other MS active in this area looking for shoppers would be, ath Power, IPSOS, RBG and also check into ellis for good supply of assignments looking for shoppers.
Good Luck and have fun.

Shopping Southern Georgia, Valdosta, Waycross, Quitman, Thomasville and North Central Florida I-10 & I-75.
I've had this app for over 6 months, but have never successfully been able to pull any open opportunities on it.
I'm on my phone, I would have had to go to Google and open it, enter Alta360, then find the URL, copy it to my clipboard, then come back in the forum, then paste it...so much easier for someone to figure it out for themselves. And, you didn't make it clear you were looking for the URL to the app. You just asked for the Alta360 URL which made it seem like you were just looking for their web address. The best thing to do if you want to find out how to use the app is to contact a scheduler.
