No box labels Papa John's Shop

So I'm getting nervous after reading about the high rate of Papa John's rejections. I ordered a pizza for online delivery (as instructed), but there are no labels on the box for me to put on the receipt form. I took pictures of the pizza, and of the sides of the box. I do still have the screen open with the receipt, so I can include that, but not one box label whatsoever. Is the shop automatically disqualified? I'm slowly accepting I'm out $20 as I bite this slice.

Take a screenshot of your online receipt confirmation and if you used a credit card, sometimes your online statement will show "pending" on the same day as the purchase was made and you can "snip" the charge from the online statement. They can't disqualify a shop because you didn't receive a receipt. It's weird that it happened and I have never encountered that before personally, but your online screenshot should suffice.
That has not happened to me, but I would say the pics are the most important part. Just explain you should be paid.
I was able to turn mine in without the labels without an issue. I made a note of it in my report and was paid for my shop.
Thank you for all your replies. I have an online receipt, but no labels, and I'm expected to upload at least 3 or 4 pictures of the Papa John's labels. My order number is also different than the standard since it was done through a 3rd delivery app, and I have no labels with the Papa John's order number... I guess I will put in 0000/0000 and put it in the comments.
I guess use duplicate images of your screenshot for the label photos, though you could take a second screenshot of your order confirmation email and use that as well. I would put in the date for the first four digits and all 0000s for the last four.
Or better yet, upload 1 screen shot of the online web confirmation, 1 of your email, and 1 photo of the box missing labels. Only upload pizza photos where pizza is supposed to go because those really are the most important photos.
I'm a little late to reply but if it's for the company that picked up a lot of the old companies shops... I had this exact issue Thursday! I did get a receipt, but they didn't have any labels on the box. I just wrote that in my comments and added my receipt to the form. No issues, shop grade was a 10. The person who took my order wasn't computer savvy; when I got there, he appeared to be 70+ but he was making pizzas and getting his payday tongue sticking out smiley

He was probably the only one free to answer the phone. He didn't know how to do the tech stuff but he wrote my phone number on a piece of paper and knew that I wanted pepperoni and cheese. haha. I watched him hand the order note to the cashier when I came in to pick it up.

At any rate, on the extra pizza photos, I was sure to grab an angled photo showing the box and the lack of labels. I didn't use that for my main, just one of the extras. Hope your shop was accepted.

Thank you everyone! In lieu of box labels, I printed out the delivery order (showing which credit card was use)with my order number, and item totals, and taped it on the receipt form. Shop was accepted, with 10 grade. No problems.

Although, it's interesting to note that the e-mail round that went out for carry out Papa John's shop that are still left no longer have a shop fee (just reimbursement) unlike a few days ago. Oh well.
Glimglamglop, for future issues like that, you know that you can capture the screenshot, save it to a file, and submit that directly to the report without having to print anything? If you have a Windows desktop, it's up on the very top row of keys over towards the right (on my computer it is Prt Scr SysRq). I just click that key, then open the paint icon (click the Windows "start" button to find it on the menu), then click "paste". The webpage will copy into paint and you can save it to your photos. I don't know what buttons someone would use with Apple computers and not sure how to do it on a laptop.

The lack of shop fee is not surprising, it's a new round. They always start out with no fee and then bonuses are added and increaseed as shops are not filled throughout the weeks.
The place that is 0.1 miles from the house ALWAYS gets picked up for no fee. Every-fracking-time. I spotted it this morning and fifteen minutes later, assigned. Someone likes pizza.

** I managed to get it once and they questioned my 6 minutes to delivery from order. I can see the pizza place off the deck.
