Questions: Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Panda Express and Steak ’n Shake

I am so jealous of you all. We have one Panda Express in a grocery store food court, one Steak N Shake about 20 miles away on the turnpike which is a toll road, and I have never heard of Freddy's!

We have quite a few Pandas, and I have done many of their shops. I too have never heard of Freddy's. What states have them?
I have done freddys in Arizona, and have seen them in Cincinnati, OH as well as in Kentucky. Steak N Shake in Erie, PA used to be shopped but stopped a long time ago. I have not worked for the msp that does Panda since they booted me several years ago.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Looks like Freddy's is in quite a few states. Google them to see if there are any near you. They're worth a little trouble to get to if at all close.

I was pleasantly surprised by the mushroom chicken. Also the tofu eggplant is pretty good. The food is best when it is first brought out. There are three shops in my area, one is a half block from my PO box, the other is a block from my coworker's house (daily I have to drop stuff off there anyway), the other one is next to my bank. So I'll grab those, but honestly, unless it is just fresh off of the wok, ummm. There was a period of time where I swore to myself that I wouldn't eat there unless I was paid, and the pay was not even enough. But the convenience...... ahhh. So I resolved that I'd just get whatever I saw being made while I was in the line.

@eyespy: No advice. Just one experience. At Freddy's, two people ate too much food and spent less than the Sassie company's reimbursement. We shared the fries from the combo meal. We shared the sundae. For us, this was too much food. We like the food, but we can eat only so much tasty stuff. YMMV.

About the picture: you can try to position yourself with your back to the counter or employees who might be working in the dining area so that you are not noticed for photographing your food. But this is not as important as the fact that you are to taste the burger and fries while they are hot, and you must photograph the burger before you taste it. So, take the burger image asap regardless of where you must sit. Then, taste the food. After that, you have time to evaluate other parts of the restaurant.

I would do this shop again. I would always bring a guest. That is just me.

What angle should the photo be? I found ZERO details of photo angle in the guidelines.

Thank you

I usually do about a 45 degree angle. They want to see the top of the burger and see the side to see that the burger has crispy edges and visible toppings. They want only the burger in the photo, but sometimes the burger and fries are served together in the same basket. When they are served together, I take a photo of both. They are not tremendously demanding. I've never had a question or a problem with a photo.
