Best Mark Casino Shops

Much to my shock I got a casino assignment from Best Mark today. I've been applying for these for about a year, but I've always gotten a "too late already taken" message when I've applied. I can't see the details on the shop yet so can anyone here who's done one of these give me some tips? I know it's involved (I have to interact with 8 people to start with) but I'd like some heads up about what I'm getting myself in to.

Why can't you see the details of the shop, if you are assigned?

The email said that they don't release the shop details until 7-8 days before the shop date. That will be Friday or Saturday.

I've done them about 10x. They are DETAILED! Exact greeting, ask knowledge question and exact parting comment. 5 min between interactions, make sure your guest is with you for ALL interactions. Exact time and location of interaction. Specific requirements for different positions like waiting 20 min for a beverage server to approach you AND you can NOT flag the server over to you. (At least for the client i did for them)

WOW thanks for the tips. How long does it usually take in total?

You will most likely have to gamble too as part of the interactions, and maybe eat too, depending on what interactions you need to do. The shop could take anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours. A word of advice, you must let the employee complete the interaction. If the employee doesn't know something and wants to get somebody to help, then you need to let them do that. All interactions must be allowed to complete.

These are as easy as any other mystery shop. They just happen to be in a casino. They are nothing like a full casino shop.
