First of all NEVER send money to anyone you don't know. Check with the BBB and see if the company is legitimate. You have been scammed if it has been several months and you have no jobs. You'll never see your money again...been there, done that. Go to www.shadowshoppers.com. They are legitimate. You pay $39.00 (refundable) just to see if it's something you'll enjoy. Y Besides, you'll have enough jobs the first week to choose from you'll be able to pay the rest of the $99.00 fee with their money. Once you decide to stay and pay the entire fee, certification, at any level,is free with the package you choose. Believe me you'll NEVER run out of jobs or opportunities!!!
I agree with Marie about shadow shoppers. I sent in $99.00 dollars and in the first month it paid for itself 3 time over. I now pick and choose what shops I want to do.
I've done several jobs for a few companies and havent been paid yet? Also am I suppose to get car allowance for using my car. These jobs paid between $7-10 but I sure dont want to stay at home with a retired husband who is constantly on my case about this or that.
If you feel you've been scammed it's worth a try to dispute the charges, but you'll have to stop using the sight. I've found alot of jobs and haven't had to pay anyone for anything. I've only been doing this for a few month's and have received 3 checks via mail already. If your doing shops and not getting paid give them a call and inquire or shoot an e-mail. My girlfriend also paid $99.00, but she had made her money over 3x's..It's extremely time consuming but if you can't get your money back then just start filling out thoes applications. If you not getting referrals then report the company to the BBB and your local news station, attorney general any anyone else that you can report them to. I guess for a small fee you may get more information, but I've paid nothing. I simply put in Mystery Shop Jobs into Yahoo...
If you shopped for Checkmark inc. you may be getting scammed. They seem to be playing hide n seek with the shopper payroll.

I highly recommend shadowshopper. They are an excellent source of mystery shop jobs. They are also a good resource for getting yourself registered with mystery shop companies. Most mystery shop companies pay out around the 25th of the month following your completed mystery shop.

What company didn't pay you??? & When did you complete the shops.
I am terminally ill and never authorized

Tammy,

Try www.volition.com click on get paid then click on mystery shopping. You will get a list of mystery shop companies with hyperlinks you can register and get all this information FREE. Once you register with as many companies have shops in your area, they will contact you with shops or you may have to keep checking their website job boards - looking for shops in your area. Different companies run their program differently. Some companies are self assign, where you just sign up for shops you will complete. Some are offered you in email and a scheduler will give you the shop. You can do this for free. You don't need to spend money to get started.

Since your income is fixed (on- disability) I would suggest taking shops that don't require you to make a purchase. Like the bank shops.
