I've been in thier spot - being new to this industry, not knowing the game and not realizing bonuses and fees rise at certain points. I'm still not expert but have noticed the trends and way the monetary fluctuates.
If I could though, I want to reach out to the noobs in my area and shake them and say, we can both win if you stop taking the jobs for only reimbursement or waiting on those $6 burger fee shops...you can make alot more. STOP selling yourself short! We can play the rotation game if we coordinate, so we aren't competing in the same time frame and both could possibly get bonuses.
As much as I like $10 in free toilet paper, but not getting a fee....I like it more when MSCs get close to deadlines and will give me more than just reimbursement and I can still make my toilet paper fort.
