Do you black out your information when you submit receipts?

I blacked out a couple names and last few card digits when I used my husbands bank card because he insisted that his name not be associated with anything tied to mystery shopping. Do any of you black out your name and card digits when submitting for reports? I usually black out certain bank information but never give much thought to my receipts.

I hadn't thought anything of it other than when I go to submit things that has ssn and such attached. He saw his full name at the bottom of a receipt and had me black it out along with the last 4 digits of the card. I rarely (NEVER) use his card for anything but we were out on a dinner date type shop and he decided to splurge a bit more than requirements so he used the card and I gave him back cash.

Only my rewards point number for retail shops and after telling the scheduler. I dont care much sometimes. At convenience stores if the stores dont do good I pay cash, else debit.
I only do it when instructions state to. Sometimes there are instructions to not include the credit card receipt.

I always black out banking information, last 4 digits, balances, the MSC is interested in the date and time on this type of receipt. I guess it depends of the information the MSC wants. I would ask.
He didn't want his name popping up on my shop reports. I don't really blame him. No trouble with approval and all went well. I usually just send my receipts on through without any second thoughts.

If any part of my credit card number shows up on receipt, I hide it. Usually I just fold the receipt so the line showing the cc# isn't visible. I never know what is shown to the client, so anything I can do to remain a mystery, I do. I would definitely hide my name if it were visible. Many bank shops expressly say to hide your PII (personally identifiable information).
I always make a stop at the bank to take out what money I need for the day , so I do not have to worry.
I've always thought that the editor knew what was needed to validate a visit and would black out any non-pertinent information if it had to be shared with the client (I would think it is not usually shared). I've never gone in and blacked out information, even when using someone else's CC (such as when I did Mexican restaurant shops with my mom).

The last four digits of a CC number is just enough so that I know what card I used. Of course, then you have Great Clips (not shopped AFAIK) which just prints 16 X's and also XX/XX for the expiration date for "better security." Yeah, and now I have no idea what card I used to pay for my haircut with unless I write it down.

One MSC even wanted me to add in my name and tip amount (using Gimp, Paint, Photoshop, etc) if it's not on the receipt. I would assume they black that out if it needs to be shared with the client.

The way I think about this is: the MSC wants to be able to send the same shopper back in a later month when the rotation expires, so they have "skin in the game" too as far as keeping the shopper's identity a secret. Unless, of course, it's one of those "once per lifetime" shops, and then it doesn't really matter.
I'm basically married to Ron Swanson ladies and gents. He seriously takes every piece of our junk mail and writes or calls the company to be removed from the list and threatens litigation if they do not stop. Right now, he's into a battle with a hair salon that won't stop sending him coupons for a hair cut. He is bald...
