No More Jack

I got the same blanket email I am sure we all got today for the new round of shops.

"Lucky Us"! The shops now pay $7. Yes - you read that right. Not, instead of being paid $8 for a shop they now pay $1 LESS!

Where do I sign up! Sometimes you can't make up @#$#^$ like this. Unreal

SCD, they had to lower everyone's fees so that they can pay MFJ his bonuses for his routes, LOL.
SoCal, I too like to give my purchases to homeless. The problem is where I live it's hard to differentiate between homeless and panhandlers at times. I usually hand off my convenience store required purchases of Vitamin Water, Granola Bars, etc. to the people standing at the end of the ramps when I am getting off the highway. It's not dangerous as I don't have my window down all the way and my doors are locked just in case. Sometimes they seem very happy and some seem disappointed, but no one has ever yelled at me about it.
Hey! I don't need a bonus to do the Jack-in-the-Box shops. I get plenty of grease for them without anything extra.

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.

I live near a Costco. And during the day there is ALWAYS someone there. ALWAYS! There is an intersection about 1/4-mile away that also has people. What I find is when I have something it is tough to find someone and when I don't - there is
Keep a case of water in your car. I do. That way when I don't have anything else to give, I can give the most important thing on the planet--clean drinking water.
Well, I eat my words, I did my first "Jack in the coffin" because it was 15.00 and I wanted to be "in the circle'. They went from 7.00 to 15.00? My burger cost 4.50, but not a good burger , bottom was soggy, and fries were cold when I got home...one was enough.... meat from Mexico (maybe)! Easy report though uploading a few pic's yes/no answers.

Live consciously....

Not a case but I try and keep a handful of bottles in the car just in case. I live in SoCal and during the Summer and all a bottle of water is priceless to them
Gee, I would never have guessed you lived in SoCal, SoCalDude. What a surprise (hee hee).
I’ve done about 45 of these since early December, including 15 over the last 5 days. Every one of them for $15. I order what my wife describes as the Sad Meal: a Jr Jumbo Jack, value Fry and a water for $2.79. So net is $12.21 each and all our 3 locations are within my normal daily travel.
I did one for $10 since it was on the way to another shop. Report is simple but the 5 required pictures plus the receipt were slow to load and with Sassie you have to do each one separately. I tried using Jacks Wi-Fi but didn’t help much so went back to cell. I might do another one if it’s convenient but certainly nothing less than $10. Sourdough burger ok but fries limp.
I have been doing these like crazy since they are trying to fill the end of the month shops. Did about 20 of these in 10 days for $13-$15 all near or close by places I had already planned being. Each shop takes me about 10 minutes at the location and another 5 to enter the report. I get the hate for these shops when they are posted with very low fees and restrictive times, but once they get more desperate you can make some good money only spending about $4 per meal.

Oh, you can buy a sourdough burger?
They changed up the burgers you can buy a little bit.
I. Double Jack
II. Jumbo Jack
III. Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger
IV. Jr. Jumbo Jack
V. Classic Buttery Jack
VI. Sourdough Jack
VII. Spicy Siracha

Doing so many of these shops I have also noticed that about half of the time ordering a Jr. Jumbo Jack you get a full sized patty. Basically saving about a dollar for the same amount of food.
I signed for my third, which went from 15.00 to 13.00. I've had the Jr. Jumbo Jack both times.

I had to laugh at the question on whether it was juicy. "F no" was not one of the answer choices.

Apparently, in the newest round of $7 shops, you can no longer order the Jr Jumbo Jack. The $15 shops that are still available in my area, on the other hand, still allow the Jr. CRAZY. I haven't done one of these yet at any price and I have no future plans to do one either.

What's done is done. An egg cracked cannot be cured.
There are 3 kinds of lies. Lies, Damn lies, and statistics.
They have a sandwich called the Jr. CRAZY? LOL. I think anyone is crazy for eating that crap.
I did one. I had the sourdough jack. I ate around the edges and it was good for that. The pigeons ate the fries, poor things. They used to use some sort-of butter like product to grill the sourdough jack back in the day when my kids were tots. This one was grilled but dry, with no butter-like product. Things that make you go hmmmm. Mine paid $20.
I wait until they're paying $18-$20...the required purchase is only $3 in my area, so that's $15 for a very short report and about 8 minutes of my time on a route. Food goes to the first homeless person I see. Win-win.
They're all 7.00 now except for one that you have to do around midnight, which is 13.00.

Live consciously....
I'm sure people will just snap these up at $7.00. NOT!!!!

You say that, and yet I watch them disappear from the board at $7 and $8. I can only assume it's someone (or some people) who are living hand to mouth and can't afford to wait a couple of weeks for the rate to go up. Even when I was brand new at this I never would have taken these shops for less than $10.
I did two of them today with good bonuses...and one more tomorrow. If I'm in the area, I will do them and give the food away from one of them. The jumbo jack today was not greasy and I am still alive to talk about it.

I think that is for the ID10T people that do not know they are included in ID10T group. Because they are clueless!
They are still hanging around for $7 in my neck of the woods. Even 100 miles down I 40 they are still at $7.00. JIB must be lo-ballin again! Or maybe it is because it is not the middle of the month yet.

That round doesn't begin until Monday, at least in my area. They've been on the board for 2 weeks before you can even do them this time around. They don't start raising the fee until a week or so into the round.
