Opening and closing multiple accounts cost banks money. I think that if they could, banks would get away from having to deal with basic checking and savings accounts. In any case, the MSC would not have any influence on a bank.
Yes, those evaluations pay what all MSC should be paying to shoppers based on the status and work involved. It is frustrating.
