Had to cancel a shop the last weekend of 2017 due to weather and luckily that scheduler realized she had been unavailable over the weekend for me to explain. I'm grateful for that because she's someone I enjoy working for and I like the shop.
I'm in upstate NY where the snow was only 4" last week, but for some reason, the snow removal teams weren't working as well as usual. I had to move 9 shops out to their deadline, and the very wonderful scheduler gave me two extra days on top of that. Good thing because going out between the 3rd and the 6th was risking your life. Made it out today and did 5 shops (including a merchandising for which today was the last possible day) and hope to knock the rest out tomorrow. Then I'll pick and choose no more than 24 hours in advance so I can get the latest weather info before leaving.

That's good to know, and I apologize. The way it was worded, it sure sounded like you used Yelp to cover for forgetting a photo.

Actually, Hoju, I have very low expectations of this forum, and you didn't disappoint! I was on Yelp for something else. I looked at the restaurant, and someone posted that they were open.
More information you don't need: I take a walk daily at lunch time since I'm in a very scenic area. The area where the restaurant is located is hilly. Hills and ice don't mix, so had I gone there and it was closed, I would have been mad.
