Phone shops are very varied. Some of them want you to call through a number that records the entire call. For that you need nothing but your own phone. In fact for none of them do you need anything but your own phone to perform them.
If you use the Voicezilla, it has to be landline, doesn't it? Can you use a cell with Voicezilla?
Sorry, I'm so 20th century that when I say 'phone' I mean landline. I certainly wouldn't waste minutes on a cell when calling through the toll free Voicezilla, but I thoroughly dislike doing recorded calls to start with. They just sort of creep me out.
Some phone shops require you to record and then upload the recording. For that you need a digital voice recorder with a microphone attachment designed especially to pick up phone calls. Check out Olympus DVRs for this.

There's a lot of technology available these days for recording calls that does not require you to purchase a physical product. If you have a smartphone, check out the available apps and you will probably find voice call recorders in there.

There are also call-through numbers that will record a call and email you an MP3. Those allow you to call from landline phones.

Please be sure to check the rules regarding one-party consent states before recording any calls, however. That can be illegal in some circumstances.
