Problems with Gig Spot App

I have been mystery shopping for about 3 months. I just recently went on Gig Spot App and less than a week later deactivated account. The app would not allow me to enter my reports. This was during holidays so that meant my reports were 3 days late. I had to start new accounts under the companies registered with Gig Spot and cancel out the old accounts. Bottom line all companies worked with me except Stragethic Solutions. They put me on suspension for 60 days. I have heard this company and Gig Spot is the same. Anybody can cast any light on this!

More than a few of us have chosen to work directly with the companies instead of going through Gigspot. We all have our reasons, but I am yet to hear of anyone regretting having left the platform.

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.

I liked Gigspot at first, and it had real possibilities. Unfortunately they demand that you choose the app or looking at each website individually. The problem with that is that the app won't show all the shops. So if you have the app you won't get to see all of the shops and you won't be allowed to log onto the company's original site.There were other problems but this seemed unnecessary and maybe a little insulting. I dropped it and haven't regretted it at all.

Never even tried the app, I hated the website so much and had so many issues. I go directly to the company websites instead, so much better.

How did you drop GigSpot? I hate the site so much. I've noticed not all shops showing up too. Pay history is nowhere to be found on the site, and now trying to wrap up year end, I noticed I didn't log a payment for a shop which I can't find anywhere in my accounts. Does anyone know if there's a way to find this in GigSpot, or how I can get rid of GigSpot so I can log onto the original sites?
