Bed, Bath and beyond question

Did they change that you can now buy clearance items? I have not done one in months and I thought we could not buy clearance items. I picked up a shop and was looking over the guidelines and I do not see if clearance items are excluded or not. I know we can use the store coupons but not the Groupon. Do any of you know about clearance items?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

I bought clearance items and my shop says "ok to pay". I think all it states is no food.
I usually do one of these shops each round, different locations of course since you can’t do the same location back to back rounds. Anyways, I have bought a few different clearance items in the past and it’s never been rejected. It just needs to make sense as something off the registry as stated in the guidelines. You should be fine, but you can always email them to confirm.
I have never done the BBB shops. They have one in my area.
Thanks! There are tons of items on clearance,
I have never shopped one unfortunately. sad smiley Enjoy. smiling smiley
I have one available in my area to shop but I've never really been in one of the stores. How expensive are they?
I have done this with no problem. I enjoy doing these shops!
Last time I did one the directions said it should be an item that would appear on a registry or something to that effect.

I quit these after I spent over twice the required time walking around the floor with no associates, literally none, then not getting the shop accepted because I finally went to a register to have an interaction.
Wow! I've never had that problem. There are always at least 3 workers on the floor for every store that I've done.
Right now they're having their annual big clearance. There was a whole row of what I assumed were leftover Christmas gifts at 75% off. I picked up several items and yes, they did trigger the cashier to ask and print gift receipts. Made out much better on the reimbursement than the (far-too-low-for-the-work-involved) fee.

I picked up a set of $40 plates (set of 4) for $4 on clearance. Along with another item. No problem with reimbursement.
