Has anyone done these with Bare? What's involved? There are a bunch of them on the boards.

I sent an email to the scheduler tonight. It looks like you take $200 to the location, get it exchanged for Canadian dollars? Then what am I supposed to do with the CAD? I'll let you know when I hear back.

Did a few today. You do not have to actually exchange the money, just get them to write all the info needed on a business card or a pamphlet and that is sufficient. That is what I was told by the scheduler.
Technically yes, you would lose some percentage points on the exchange rate, and a fee (if applicable), but it was worth another $25 for me to change back. Although I was contacted by BAI to find out how much I lost on the exchange, and this has been added as a reimbursed expense on my completed assignment, so I won't even be out that. YMMV.@hotsauce1 wrote:
Wouldn't it cost you another fee to exchange the money back?

LS, yes, I thought they were simple and easy to understand. It is nice that it is not required to actually exchange the money if the agent gives the fee information and commission information on a slip of paper. The one issue I did have, is that I did not realize that each shop had a certain dollar amount to exchange to a certain currency. That information was given in the form of an email, but not actually on the shop form if I remember correctly. If possible, it would be nice to have that one the shop form once assigned. Other than that they were great! I would be glad to do more!

How did it go? Would you say they are fairly simple and the survey is easy to understand?
