I have a scheduler who keeps insisting that I did not provide them with critical information related to a shop I recently did even though I have actually sent this information multiple times in the last two weeks. It may be that they are not receiving the messages due to some kind of technical difficulty, but due to past experiences, I have a few reasons to speculate that since the employee did not do such a fantastic job on this shop, they may be trying to reject my report. Any suggestions on whom I should contact?
