No, but even if we did, it's against forum rules and probably a violation of the ICA with the MSC to disclose that information.
Someone might know whether Bar Louie is shopper or not. But no one can tell you which MSC handles that account, if there is such an account. Our ICAs and forum rules prohibit the linking of client identities with MSCs.
Wishing in this world of technology, an auto post would come on saying above...against ICA rules to mention both....even the newest should know this, IF they read the ICA rules....

Are you telling me the mystery company is, and always will be, a mystery? I feel extremely foolish, and am voluntary banishing myself from posting in this forum. I am truly a disgrace.
You just need to sign up with 100-200 MSCs if you want to know exactly which MSC shops which client. And, every one of them will have you sign an ICA (Independent Contractor Agreement) stating that you agree not to reveal who their clients are. We have all made the mistake early on, of forgetting this, so no need to go away. btw, it is also against one of the very few rules laid down by this forum's owner and rigorously enforced.

I don't think there's any need for feeling disgraced or foolish. We all make mistakes because we sometimes forget or don't understand. What the above posters are explaining, and I thought they did it very nicely, is that it is against our forum's posting guidelines to reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies. See the blue box to the right of the posts. The reason the forum prohibits this is that when mystery shoppers register with mystery shopping companies, they sign Independent Contractor Agreements (ICA). About 98% of those agreements contain confidentiality clauses that restrict contractors from revealing client names or client information. Many of us skirt the line (and we sometimes actually dance right over it by revealing shop requirements and information - I'm sometimes guilty of that) but we draw the line at revealing name names of MSC's clients.

There is no reason for you to feel foolish or to be made to feel that way.Shame on us if we have done that. Please know that many, many posters have wanted such information. It would make their work so much easier if we could share the MSC/client relationships. But we have signed an agreement stating that we would not do that.

Keep in mind that the information you want might be available somewhere, such as on aggregated job boards, mystery shopping apps, or from an MSC. You could contact Bar Louie and ask someone there if the organization has a mystery shopping program.

Good luck! Please consider staying. We know how to be nicer. smiling smiley
I am pretty sure when I first joined the forum and posted the first time I did the same thing. I apologize if my post made you feel badly, that was not my intent. Please don't take this personally, and as others have said, we all made the same mistake at least once.
