Fee for ACE Cash Express jobs decreased 20%

Wow. The fee for ACE Cash Express jobs went down 20% this month. Now, just $8.00 in my area. Two jobs are still sitting on the job board. How low can they go?!

Yeah, well the MSC is in a race to the bottom. Perhaps they are trying to minimize expenses on ACE and other client's shops to offset unanticipated costs on Jack in the Box.
I rarely do these shops anymore because the pay has gotten so crappy.
I never did them for the base rate because the MSC who had them before would sometimes bonus them to $100. I never did them for less than $50. I was spoiled I guess.
They were never bonused in my area but I didn't mind doing them for the old rate because they were pretty easy. Although this one is a great example of asking for narrative without any indication of what they want you to talk about. Only what they don't want you to talk about. Since it's all talked about in the questions, the whole thing is pointless. Anyway, usually these are snapped up in my area before I even see them. Now they're hanging around a little longer probably because of the lower pay.

There are 3 kinds of lies. Lies, Damn lies, and statistics.
Then they send the million emails saying they are desperate to have them completed and offer a $2 bonus.
Sorry, I forgot, the million highly decorated emails.
I replied to one of the emails, yes that was me, saying that if they spent a little more money paying shoppers to get things done instead of decorating the emails they may actually get more hits.
I've done money transfer shops for $20. Now another company has taken those shops and only offers $10. I refuse to take them anymore. The jobs now just sit there.
I would not work these shops for any amount of money. They show up on your credit report with Transunion, Equifax, etc. Even though it shows the loan was paid in full, a lot of banks will deny loans based on the customer's history of using payday loans. Even if you have an excellent credit score, a lot of banks will not approve your loan. These loans make it look like you cannot budget your money.

Go onto Credit Karma or another credit check website and look under your loan history. You may be shocked by what you see.

I would not do the ones that require an actually money transfer. Most just want you to talk about not showing and ID or not giving certain information.
It seems like every company pays less and expects more nowadays. sad smiley
No raises in fees, year after year and again this year, for any of the gas station shops for any of the 4 companies I do work for. I only take the minimum amt to stay in the game now and wait for the b-b-b-b-bonus.
mine are $8 and you lay out the $14 for a mo
I've noticed that these shops in my area, which used to be snapped up at $10, are still sitting there at $8. It looks like everyone is waiting for them to relent and up the fee.

All the shops in my area require you to take out a loan between $200 - $500. You have to pay it back before the due date. Terrible for your credit report.

There were two types of ACE shops. The shop which OP posted about requires only purchase of a money order which can be done without providing name or any other information. The point is, the MSC is attempting to find suckers willing to compete these shops for only $8.00 - a 20% decrease from the previously offered fee. At $10.00 they were OK to do provided one did not have to detour off one's path in order to complete them. At $8.00 they aren't even worth pulling out of traffic to complete.
