Who still owes you for August?

I really like these monthly threads that help keep us abreast of who is paying slowly--whether it is per their payment cycle or not.

My only outstanding unpaid shop for August is with Service Sleuth, sometimes affectionately known as the Sloth for their looooong pay cycle. I know it will be late October or early November before I see the money. In fact it is for an oil change and when I see payment I know my 3 months have elapsed so it is time to schedule my next oil change . . .

Business Evaluation Services still owes me for a July shop and an August shop. I just recevied payment yesterday actually from JMRidgway for a July shop. I am waiting for payment from Intellishop for four August shops.

I am waiting for intellishop - 3 shops, and ath-5 shops for August.

Goodwin & Assoc. owe me for an ice cream shop and Quest owes me for a fast food shop.

Ath, though my log shows they paid me Oct. 1, I haven't received a check yet.

AboutFace does not make my list, which is a very good thing.

FYI regarding ath payment: When the log says that they paid you on Oct 1 it means that they gave payroll the OK to pay you. It takes ~2 more weeks for them to cut the check and then for you to get it in the mail.

Ath states: We do not use PayPal. Shopper pay is cut once a month – on the last day of the month for all shops completed the previous month. Example: All shops completed in July, checks are cut on the last day of August and will mail out within 4 business days (processing time). Processing time consists of signing, sealing, stuffing, metering and mailing through the U.S. post office.

I'm not overly concerned. They have always paid, albeit slowly.

DSS, of course, who said that July will be paid this week. Hold your breath.

I'm getting nausea about DSS. If her client companies are disowning her there is not even going to be cash flow off future jobs to cover past work so somebody(ies) are gonna get left holding the bag(s).

Any body want to file another lien on DSS? I can give you the actual physical address to add your lien to. But what value is being the 700th lien holder on a house in Southern California? The courts will problably make you reimburse them for the paperwork required to clear your lien so the house can be auctioned off.

If you have not noticed DSS/Ramack have three new clients since the Las Vegas MSPA Convention. I guess some of our payment money went to wining and dining.

Intellishop owes me for 7 done in August. It'll be a good thanksgiving!

I work on delayed payment calendar, so I know the money is coming late. All my September shops should be paid before the end of the year.

Mystique owes me for one in July. August is Sentry Marketing, ATH and Intel.

I finally got a professional response from Dss/ Ramack. Instead of their previous lines of "Who are you?" and "I will pay by such and such date." I got a real answer and a definite promise to pay when their cash flow returns.
So now that they have confirmed their commitment to pay, I am going to give them some breathing room. I do understand that being a small business has its own financial challenges, but not notifying its payees is not an acceptable business practice for me. All of the other MSCs that I work will give you an honest response when a pay date generated by them is missed. If they are honest with me and then live up to the revised schedule, I can work with them. But if the BS factor kicks in, I will make sure that everyone knows and my desire to work for them diminishes immediately.

I am all paid for August. I just received ath power today.

Danabnnc I would never shop Mystique. I have had bad experiences with them. Keep after them, or you will never be paid.

I received Service Sleuth payment today, so I am completely paid for August.

I received payment from Business Evaluation Services for July, so now I just have BES and Intelli out for August.

Still waiting for Intellishop for August.

I went back thru my payment list, and they have always paid on the 20th.For instance, shops done April, came June 20th, May came was July. Going back to last year, the same, now it will be later? Acording to thier little brub, "payment will be about 60 days from the last day of the month you did your shop." Oh well, guess it will great for next years Christmas shopping.

I just received my paypal payment from intellishop.

I am waiting on two shops from Service Check and wo from Intellishop. Wow, I see that Intellishop owes alot of people.

Check your paypal for intellishop. I received mine on 10/21.

I got mine from Intelli the other day. Now I am just waiting on Business Evaluation Services.

Thankfully, no one owes me for August. Intellishop and About Face paid me last week, and they were the only ones left. The only money I have left outstanding that is overdue is Franchise Compliance. That one, sadly, is going to court. Only time I have every had to do so. :-(

My August is closed. All paid, even by slow pokes.
