Testing food ordering app

I recently did a test of a food ordering app for a MSC all you had to do was to use the app to order your food for delivery or take-out with a short easy questionnaire no narrative, that was the description.
The reality was that there was narrative and the 5 minute to answer the questions was actually over 30 minutes of my time and my inability to actual complete the web page increased my frustration. It was obvious that whomever designed the survey had really not done it before.

They asked if I had received a total of 3 emails, but I only received 2 ( the paper instructions and survey did not mention the third email). When I replied that I did not receive the third email it then asked if I had cancelled my order. Now before that it had me list the cost of my order and it did not seem to like that either even though it matched the amount on the email I received.

So I had a report online that did not match the survey which I had downloaded and relied on when I was doing the shop and spent a lot of time trying to figure out where I was getting an error. Supposedly it was supposed to be in red but there were no red outlines or anything. The scheduler had to contact her manager to get the shop done. At the end they asked if I would recommend the shop to a friend and what their email address was.

I said there was no way I would do another shop and would not recommend it to anyone.
I would rather do a cell phone purchase and return the next day for 10.00 than another one of the "easy" order online shops!

I did two of these shops without any difficulties. They mainly wanted screenshots of any error messages you may have received. It’s a beta test. They are trying to fix all the bugs before it goes out to the general public. I felt like it was an easy way to get reimbursed for $25 worth of food.
I did one last weekend and have another scheduled for tomorrow night. There are definitely more questions on the survey than need answered, especially if you don't get all of the emails. The restaurant didn't even give me a receipt and I stated this and copied my order confirmation as my receipt. My submission was approved for payment without questions.
I could feed my office with those shops. Yum.

Very infrequently shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado these days.

If they had more in my area, I would snatch them up!
I have done 4 of these so far, maybe five? I would give it another try.

My first experience was like yours. "You said 3-5 minutes, really?" I shouted at my screen.

Like any shop, the first time takes the longest; you're figuring out the questions and the answers. Uploading all these screen shots you took and they don't match the questions. Like did you get an "order created" email? Did you get an order confirmation email? Neither of the emails you get say "order created" or "order confirmation, so you spend 5 minutes scrutinizing them.

I just checked both and uploaded the same emails twice. I haven't had my hand slapped yet.

The unanswered questions appears to be a bug when they add red text to the survey. My first survey, they had a red note about how you needed to create a new email. You could not clear that no matter how you tried. Then the next two went fine, but apparently they added new red text saying to check your amount to include all the charges. Now it won't submit because "unanswered questions." So tell your scheduler and she should be able to fix it.

My only worry at this point is getting paid. Given the delays posted about RQ, I am hoping they won't affect those of us who went through Merc.

The confirmation email can be the receipt. One of the partners' confirmation email had a link, I forget if it said Receipt or Order Details, but it made a nice detailed receipt.

Would like to add actual wording was "confirmation screen" the report contunually referred to "screen" . Also when I did it I was asked about email after a period if time however instructions were to complete immediately after.

It was my understanding that we were supposed to do the report right away but not submit it until 24 hours later to see if we receive any other emails.
These are the easiest shops I have ever done. You order your food have it delivered or pick it up. The survey form literally takes 5 minutes. The company is european so their language and website are a little wonky but not bad. They reimburse the very next day unless its a weekend they reimburse on Monday.

Not sure if this is the same as what you guys are talking about but I get two emails and the form asks did you get an email from x and y etc and then you upload the confirmation. There might be some confusion as to if the email says created/confirmed/etc etc but maybe thats what they are trying to figure out. The general gist is the emails confirm what I did so thats how I classify them. Havent had any issues so far.
I am now getting an email from Carrie Coyle asking for my receipt for a shop I did last month, but when I ask, "Which shop was it?" there is no response. This seems like quite a shady shop to me. I placed my order for one, got the confirmation email, then drove the 10 miles to pick up the food, only to be told they never received my order. I got a call from some guy in India telling me to go ahead and pick it up and he would call back to make sure I got my food. The restaurant never got my order, I drove there to pick it up, had to talk to this guy 3 different times, and I'm supposed to get $5 for this assignment.

I think the one you are referring to and the one im talking about are different. The one im referring to pays 30 for delivery and 25 if you pick it up.
I've done one of each of these for two companies that are doing this type of shop. One was the $25 flat reimbursement, the other $25 for pickup, $30 for delivery. The first shop required me to wait 24 hours to see if I got any follow-up emails. I found that report a bit more vague as to which was email was confirmation and which was an order creation. I was a bit nervous because I ended up using the same email as both a confirmation and a receipt. But my report was approved without any issues.
The second company is international so some of the wording is a bit off because of the translation but the pictures made it very clear which screenshots to take. For that one I didn't have to wait 24 hours to submit, pays more for delivery and paid me for last night's dinner before noon today. I will be grabbing more of these soon.
They’re all gone in my area, but I did manage to ride that gravy train for a couple weeks.
