A shoppers wishlist

1. I wish Sassie ratings were reciprocal between MSCs that used them, so that when I am trying to get on with a news MSC I could qualifying for the self assign if your rating is more than X. (Been trying over a year with one company...closest non qualifying auto assign it has 82.3 miles away from me.)
2. I wish some companies guidelines and requirements didn't make us look so much like a non-typical customer (Hey I can only carry this oversized box around the store for so long ya know)
3. I wish all MSCs paid quickly.
4. I wish some shops didn't have such long wait periods before you can shop it again
5. I wish it wouldn't start raining cats and dogs on days I have a decent busy route planned (not much I can do about it though)

eh. feel free to add your own, or tell me I'm stupid for having mine.

You're opening a can of worms!

1. I wish scheduled shops could be scheduled like anything else. If you want to reschedule, you can see if it is available or not. Every industry utilizes this except MSing.
2. (this has been repeated over and over) Reports that make sense! Redundant and ridiculous! I note the time about 6 times on one report.....uhh because the client can't tell what time the shop starts? Oh and pics are time/date/geotagged. I guess I wasn't there but I have to put it on 6 times in the report! Wait...my receipt isn't enough either......
3. I wish guidelines were clear and reduced to 1-2 pages. Sometimes it takes me longer to read the guidelines than do the shop!
4. Text Reminders - it would be nice to have text reminders for shops.
5. Map view - if all MSCs utilizied Sassie.....
6. Once a shop is assigned, you can add it to your calender on your account or personal calendar (on your phone, email calendar)

I have a hundred more but I'll stop here.
Reporting platforms that didn't flip from page to page with just a few questions on each page. All MSC should use Sassie! Sassie reports that do not require you to save for however much time you choose, 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours. A @#$#^&$ NOTIFICATION from Sassie that their site will be down between the date and time frame instead of going down MID REPORT!
Redundant narrative questions. How many different ways can you say the property was clean, organized, and well-stocked? I feel like a moron writing some of these endless narratives that ask the same basic question five different ways! Dear Lord, you companies are shelling out good money. Ask PRODUCTIVE questions!

Haha. Yeah I kept my list short. For the most part, shopping is fine. I jts had a couple things pile up, starting with another failed attempt to secure a shop with a news MSC. Then the weekend rain when I had a car wash shop scheduled. I hate canceling, but aint going back that way for quite a while,.
What is the reason you are declining the shop?

Because there is a massive thunder and lightning storm flooding the city....but if you still need me to paddle my car over to get it washed although it's pouring down rain, sure why not! I won't look like a shopper when the attendants ask if I want to purchase the upgraded detailed wax package!
Self-assign for all shops where your a good shopper...not waiting for pending to end, and I've had it end long after shop was due, with shop not removed. Endless emails for shops long past your radius with no pad/bonus, while others get the ones close to you..

Live consciously....
* Self-assign shops when you've completed [x]# with [y]rating
* Schedulers who consistently remember you for doing favors instead of moving on to the flavor of the day
* 24 hour turnarounds instead of 12 hours ones that just sit there anyway

Yes, schedulers who remember that you completed all of their hard to schedule shops, month after month who do not give the juicy one to someone who bid $5 less than I did.
