Question about shops going to Gmail spam

Good evening,

I applied for about ten phone shops the other day. I received three different e-mails saying that they have been assigned to another shopper. Fine. No problem. I looked in my spam folder and there was one (from the same company) that I applied for and I was assigned to it. The others are still pending.

My question is why did the non-approve ones went to my in box but the approved one went to my spam. It was from the same scheduler?

Also what do I do to make theses go to my in box?

Good thing I checked my spam or I would not have noticed it.

Thanks

It might be a word that your email considers spam. I have gmail and everything that has the word "kindly" or the words "kind regards" goes right to spam. GBW always writes kindly. If you name the email peeps will probably know how to "approve" a sender.

I have Gmail and here's the wiki link on how to add approved contacts: [www.wikihow.com]
I use yahoo for my MS emails. The exact same thing happens despite multiple levels of approval. I learned to check spam frequently.

I use GMX from Europe I think in Germany except for the delay it works pretty good. You have to go in and whitelist the emails from the scheduler and that may bypass the usual spam but then again it may not.
