The shops you're looking for may still be available, just through a different MSC. At the risk of just iterating what so many others have said so much better, sign up for lots and lots of companies, and you'll find them.

ISC has some high-end shops of the type you've mentioned, but their fees and reimbursements, at least for the ones I get e-mails on, aren't very high. Most of them are too far away for me to do, anyway. I'm in a geographic area that doesn't have a lot of these retailers, so I'm probably not seeing the high-reimbursement fashion shops.

I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
The reality is many high pay and even more high reimbursement shops aren't usually visible to a new shopper with a company. Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and do some lower paying shops. Most of us paid our dues this way.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

And a lot depends on the area you're willing to shop in. Unfortunately, I can't really help because none of those shops are offered where I live. When I was in Salt Lake City, I shopped for A Closer Look, 2nd to None, Sentry,, BARE, Customer Impact. For all of them, I thought the pay was decent and the reimbursement, generous.

I know SarahShopper has done some high-end shops, but I don't know which companies she's signed up with; I do know she lives in a MAJOR metropolitan area. Many other shoppers have done this type of shop. Maybe a forum search of "high end shops" might be helpful.

Alta360 has some cosmetic shops;it has what I think is a huge required purchase, but it's stuff I wouldn't use, and I don't know anyone who does use it. The shopper pay is minimal, but the reimbursement covers the required purchase.

PrestoInstaMaps (SASSIE) has hundreds of shops in California. If you've never used Presto, I strongly recommend it.

If you've read my posts in this thread carefully, I'm a veteran shopper - I've been shopping for years. So I've earned those high-paying or high-reimbursement shops. But as I've said earlier, many of those better cosmetics/fashion shops have disappeared, or moved onto MSCs I don't know about - though I've signed up with many. And as I mentioned before, I've stopped shopping for a while, so I've been out of the loop.

I'm here to get some help from the community, though they don't have to be too specific about MSC and shops. Please read my messages carefully and don't jump to conclusions. Please be civil on forums. Thank you.

What on earth are you talking about? I was trying to be helpful, and I have no idea why you've posted what you have. Nobody said you haven't earned those shops. Certainly not me. You asked what companies offer these types of shops, and I was stating the knowledge I have, in hopes that it might help. Who jumped to what conclusions? I in no way jumped to any sort of conclusion. And I'm not being civil?

Honestly, I have no idea what you're on about. Seriously.

I was actually the one who suggested a new or newer shopper would not see the shops. In other words Birdy, your reading comprehension is just finewinking smiley Honestly, I think mine is just fine too. The OP mentioned she quit shopping, I don't see where she shared her "extensive" experience. The only thing I noticed was the detailed explanation to ceasesmith about what is allowed or not allowed on the forum. I am sure ceasesmith appreciates the lesson which was not at all condescending.

Well since op has extensive experience, maybe we can reach out to schedulers and have op scheduled for shops they like, maybe we can even do the shops for them and have the pay directed to them.

I'm so glad that you've EARNED those shops.
Are you going to post this thread every 18 months?

I'm in California too by the way, so I can't tell you who is doing all of the high end, high reimbursement shops.
WHY? WHY DO THIS TO PEOPLE? WHY IS IT SO DAMN NECESSARY TO DO THIS? WHAT IS THE POINT? TO PROVE WHAT AN A$$ A HUMAN BEING CAN BE? Must feel good to be so hateful and like a gang of hyenas, each taking a chunk and all laughing together. pathetic

The OP edited out all her own nasty comments the day before you got to this thread. She was rude and condescending after a few people offered some help. The only quote from the OP was the mildest of the bunch and even that was ridiculous because she never told anyone she was a veteran shopper.
