Get a HERO CITATION

So I get an email today from a company offering a HERO citation for doing a shop that is way to much work for low pay. Does anyone know how to pay your bills with Hero Citations smiling smiley....Just pay me a decent fee please.

Yeah, I jumped on an offer for that in my second month of shopping thinking it was a great thing to have. It's been sitting there untouched ever since. I think any decent shopper will get great scores on their shops, and the very few that you might mess up due to brain farts or bad circumstances are going to be greatly offset by the awesome shops. The only people who needs those "get out of jail free" citations are the ones who shouldn't be doing mystery shopping in the first place.
I would ask for a guarantee in an email that the citation would get me a shop of my choice before i accept any undesirable shop.
I wonder if they take payment from their clients in the form of hero citations?
And don't you love the emails with the subject line "PLEASE HELP, URGENT" and open it to find no bonuses?
Apparently, some think mystery shopping work is charity work lol.
I'm going to sell my hero citations on Ebay. How much should I expect to make per citation? JK

I'd buy that for a dollar!

I think that Hero citations have as much value as Diamond status at any Wyndham hotel brands.
Might be okay if the hero citation came with a hero sandwich? <jk>

There are 3 kinds of lies. Lies, Damn lies, and statistics.
I have 5 and never got any extra work. Had to prove myself with the new scheduler when the other one retired for the same contract.

Hero citations make beginners feel good. The citations do not and have never helped me make any more money or get more work.

Theoretically, the idea was good. Sadly, unscrupulous schedulers and the companies they represent decided to exploit the idea. And that's when it went to heck in a hand basket.

Actually free upgrade to suite with Diamond and free water and snack at a few of the brands. Also bonus 9000 pts each year so any one of those 3 things is already worth more than a hero citation.

I was Diamond but only platinum this year I will re-qualify for that but not going to make diamond no biggie.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I'll buy it for reimbursement value.
As valuable as Publishers Clearing House tokens? winking smiley
But not as valuable as a token from Sonic for a free medium cherry limeade. Which I have had a few of.

I got a Sonic token two times in January. None since then, even at horrible locations where I had to wait longer than 15 minutes to receive my food with no apologies or explanation at all.
Wouldn't it be a great idea for hero citations to have a monetary value in addition to a score, like even $2 each would be nice ($5 would be better). Maybe the MSC could say that people can cash out when they hit $20. I think more shoppers would be inclined to pick up those stray shops to earn those hero citations.
I agreed to take a dollar less on each of my 30 Jack shops in exhange for 60 hero citations... Talk about a score!
