I too was having problems with schedulers. At times, some seem like trolls. They were awfull! They would never write me back, they would seem to ignore me for new assignments, they would rate me a 9 when I deserved a 10, and they NEVER noticed my importance to their companies.
So here's what I did. I got out my hole diggers, dug some post holes and went to the local building supply and bought a bunch of stuff. planks, posts, nails, bolts, new saw blades and some white paint.
Now, I have a perfect world and a nice new picket fence around my house!
