The msc I do them for says nothing about shadowsin the guidelines.
I just had a report review that said

"Thank you for your help with this report. A score of 10 has been given. Please keep in mind that the client has the final say in whether they will accept a shop based on the photo quality."

I forward the email to the scheduler with my photos asking if there is anything wrong with them and asking if thats a generic response. My photo quality is perfect and you could spot a hair in the pic its so clear. The review sou ds pretty shady to me.
Want985: You got a 10, the MSC was satisfied with your photos. Chances are you'll be fine, but every once in awhile the client throws one back saying the photos weren't good. And it is a canned statement that goes with the feedback for your report. I wouldn't worry.
@iblori, I did not have any luck. I tried to talk with them, but the scheduler said my shop had been rejected and someone else already picked it up. Waste of my time and money! I will NEVER shop for them again and will probably NEVER order Papa Johns pizza again! If the client is rejecting shops for more than one or two people, it seems like a way to get info and not have to pay. Considering their current problems, I don't trust them anymore. Have been shopping for more than 15 years and have never been treated that way. It's okay, plenty of fish in the sea who like my work. I'm just aggravated I wasted my efforts and $25 for this.
Not sure if this is off-topic, but Domino's wants to expand their stores by about 50% of the next 10 years.

[money.cnn.com]

They currently have, 5,650 locations and want to add 2,350 more.

With Papa John's losing stock value majorly by 50% and being scandal ridden, will their competitors crush them? I actually love the PJ's shop, even though I can't do it that often, because it's so easy. I loved their deliveries and phone call carry-outs. The pizza was okay in taste.

For taste, I like Domino's the best in recent years. I feel like Pizza's ingredients quality has gone down in years, while Domino's has gone up. That same link has a video detailing the improvements made by Domino's. They've now overtaken Pizza Hut as the Pizza King of America. lol

We recently got their free any size and any toppings offer in the mail and took advantage of it. I definitely think Domino's is the best tasting of the three. PJ's is probably 3rd.

I wonder if PJ's shops will still be around long?
I felt exactly the same way. Haven't done the Papa John's since. And don't know that I will in the future.
