Apparently I had a stupid day

It was awhile back but I just noticed this note from the editor on an Intellishop report.
"Reviewer comments: Thank you for your report. It is finalized. One point was deducted because you wrote the incorrect shop ID on the receipt form. You put the address instead of the shop ID number. Also, N/A is not an acceptable answer for narratives. Please provide complete narratives in all areas where requested. Thank you."

Okay, anyone could make the first mistake. But I put N/A for a narrative? And I only got one point deducted? Wow. Just wow.

Wow. Only ONE POINT deducted for missing a narrative and other stuff? You should share the name of the MSC. And maybe this should go in Kudos. You lucked out.
Occasionally I just wake up stupid and spend a whole day that way. Probably happens to all of us now and then.

Unless I'm reading it incorrectly, I think the first line of the OP's post said the MSC was Intellishop. But I could be wrong.
Yes it was Intellishop. You know, that MSC who is notorious for giving undeservedly bad scores. I did luck out.
That made me feel better. Thanks!

I had a very long report for Intellishop, spent over 4 hours at the location with many photos submitted. Two points were deducted because ONE photo did not show exactly what they were looking for and asked if I had another; I submitted it within 10 minutes. On the review it stated I did a very good job but lost 2 points because of the photo and thanked me for submitting another one. I have a better understanding of what they want me to photograph now.

As long as you don’t lose pay, the points don’t matter.
Everyone has stupid days. I look back on some of my goofs and can't even understand how I made such mistakes. They're a mystery to me, and they're not the type of mystery I want/expect in mystery shopping.

That is part of what makes this so fun. Forgot to take pictures of a store it was disallowed they wanted me to go back and take a pix I said nope not unless you come up with at least another 30 bucks. They would not do it.
