Gigspot

Has anyone had trouble uploading reports on Gigspot?
In two days i did a dozen gas station audits, each station had 9 photos. Each time i took a photo i waited for it to show so i ciuld make sure it was a good photo. At the end of the shop i checked them again and i also checked the box to look for errors and everythine was fine. Two days later the emails start rolling in, 9 of my shops were missing photos. I lost a lot of money on those shops. Has anyone ever heard of this problem with Gigspot?

I am still getting used to Gigspot, and yes, I had this happen on some but not all shops recently. I also do not delete my photos right away either, so I have no problem supplying photos again upon request via email. I have also had some of my responses lost. I often do the pickboxes attach photos later. If the responses are done, even with no photos, at least I noticed on the attribute shops, it will be green and ready to submit. Then I attach the photos and I get an error. When I have gone back into the form, I have to re-enter some of my responses. It has been okay lately though. And I do have two phones, so if I am working on a couple of things close together, I am not held up on syncing delays. I can just alternate phones between stops.

I use to a terrible time if I had shops in rural areas without data. If I finished a shop I had to drive somewhere with data to sync. I was losing money during to find wifi.
I emailed gigspot about missing photos and if course they said it was my fault, I know it wasn't.
Anyway, they told me about a nice trick that u didn't know. If you click in your profile in the top right you can change the setting so you don't have to sync between shops. I love it, it saved me a lot of driving and now ill take more if the rural shops
I never knew that about the settings. Thanks. I live in a good area, coverage usually not an issue, but just for the immediacy of moving on quickly. Good to know. And I even have a pocket WiFi to help with a stronger signal. It comes in handy.
I was thinking about getting a wifi box. How much was it to buy and how much a month?
