Threats that poor writing, inconsistent tense, or using all caps will result in non-payment, when letters from schedulers and questions are filled with grammatical and spelling errors.
Getting follow up questions that were already answered in the report, a report I just spent an hour on, meticulously figuring out the timing of each step in the pizza ordering process.

10 emails for the same shop, one email for each location.

And 3 times a day to boot!!

Constant emails for one location, in far away states.

Same. I get emails to do shops for places thousands of miles away, paying around $12!

I laugh when I get emails from all across the country. Too bad I live in HAWAII! I’ve tried unsuccessfully to let the companies know that I live on the island of Oahu but some just don’t seem to understand or care. Maybe they get paid for the amount of emails they send out.
My pet peeve - misspellings in the guidelines that don't get corrected even when you point them out. If my spelling must be perfect, so must yours! And please - "discrete" means singular, "discreet" means trying not to get noticed.
It really bugs me when I tell a scheduler that I’m booked for the week but will ‘try’ to squeeze that shop in for them, then they just go ahead and schedule it same day!

Trying to learn from all of these rockstars.
“Desperate!! Make us an offer!!”
Followed by...
“Woah! You want that much? There’s no way I can get that approved!”

Seriously, nobody cares that you're offended.
MSCs and schedulers who forget that I am an independent contractor who works with multiple MSCs as my clients.

There's another company that sends everything as a generic email from a group account and anonymous human. It doesn't matter whether it is the company writing to you to ask something or responding to your support request because you can't do the inspection because the contact and address don't match.

It's quite frustrating to know that I am not worth them even bothering to personalize/sign their name (I know better than to dream an actual phone number would ever be included).

Why is it so hard to put a human's name on there so I can be courteous when I answer them with "Hi Xxxx?"

It really bugs me when a scheduler (or really anyone) sends out emails and just signs them "scheduler." @Regal Hospitality Group is notorious for this.
It would be nice to know who I'm talking to, especially when a mass email turns into a personal email.

Receiving a text/email asking if I can do a shop for them that needs to be done today or tomorrow. I reply back yes and then don't get any response back. I have asked if it was given to someone else and was told yes, it would be kind of nice if they would let me know that it was given to someone else.

With a last minute request like this you might try responding with: "I can fit this in today IF you let me know within the next hour or by 10:00 AM ET or whatever." After the deadline has passed, you have your answer. And if you don't hear back, you also won't find yourself in the position of having to keep your own schedule open indefinitely after offering your services.
