I fear my grocery shops are all messed up now ;(

I signed up for 4 of these in October that had a range of dates. For some reason they all are scheduled for the same date. I don’t want to do them all on that date so I’ve sent a message to the help desk. I’ve never had this happen before. Hopefully it’s just a glitch.

So I finally did one of these today — they took out the entire first round which was admittedly the most tedious. I was not able to do it in the store while I shopped as the cell reception was bad in there and the app loads page by page, but was able to input them directly in the app once I got home which made the entry much faster.

There are a few additional questions for each interaction, but overall it matched a standard shopping experience much easier, and I’ll continue to do them. I still won’t touch these un-bonused, but my scheduler kept my standard bonuses that I’ve had negotiated for a long time so it’s worth a $5-9 less overall to not have to deal with the first round on the old version.
I also like the fact that you can now report in positive/negative experiences. There have been many times where an associate, almost always a deli associate, was extremely rude and there was really no where to explain it. Also I like being able to name an exceptional associate as well. I’m finding that although they pay less, the input takes a lot less time so I’ll probably do just as many, if not more of these shops.
I like the new shops just fine. Without buying deli meat now I can get more items I really need.

I also signed up for 4 in October that had a long date range. All of them say not scheduled under the date. I was wondering why that was.

All of mine now show the date range, not limited to a single date anymore. They fixed it.
They fixed mine too. There is a date range, it is not as long as it was when I signed up but I can get the shops done in that range. Maybe there was a glitch they had to fix.
i just got an email. they chanhed the dates to a 2 day period. ☹It was 2 weeks, then 1 week now 2 days to do 4 stores.

I got that email too but they only changed one of my 4 shops to that later two day window. Hopefully there will be no more changes!
The questions are much more detailed including answering questions dealing with the five senses and how they appealed to you in a positive or negative way. The departments have changed but you only have to have one person escort you. I printed out one just to see it on paper and it was 15 pages long. I am afraid I will not be doing these unless they have a good incentive. Maybe I will be wrong since I have not done one yet but it sure appears it will take much longer.
That is encouraging. I do my first one Sunday with the new forms and I thought it was going to take much longer.
