phone stores

Anyone know if Verizon or other phone stores are shopped? I know you can't tell me the company and I am not looking for anyone to do that. If they are, I will go through the companies and find them. I just get such horrible customer service from associates who seem like preprogrammed robots that I feel it is important to let someone know. They ask the same questions that have nothing to do with why I am there, they give the same vague answers to my questions, or worse, they give answers that have nothing to do with what I asked.

I think you may have bias and that can work against you. That’s my opinion. Maybe just contact the company directly as a customer and discuss the issue? If your reports show bias, they could be rejected.

Trying to learn from all of these rockstars.
AT&T and T-mobile get shopped, and I'm going to Metro PCS today. I did complete a Verizon shop too.

They are equally bad. That's been my experience, unless the store is quiet. But, I had a truly great experience at AT&T, and many terrible ones also.
I did a tablet shop at Verizon on Monday. The sales rep was terrible and they only had Samsung tablets for sale and none on display.

MetroPCS is the cheaper version of T-Mobile, they are owned by the same company.
Metro also gets second priority for data to T Mobile customers. The rep yesterday told me the data is never slowed down or throttled. Yeah.
