Is this shop difficult? Thank you, Night Owl at 2:12 AM

Definitely not, but it doesn't pay well at all.
I have been a weekly customer of Aldi for almost three decades, but the work:pay ratio of the assignments is, in my opinion, unacceptable. The shops actually pay less than 13 years ago when I completed a few. My thinking then was I had neither travel time nor expense and I was attempting to become more established in the business. Are they difficult? No, just poorly paid, but, if one is desperate for money AND in the store, why not give it a try?
There are 2 MSC's that do Aldi. The one pays poorly for lots of work the other pays ok for little work.
I've done both shops. For the count, the pay was low, but the shop was consistent. I did that one from March until December. For the other one, the pay was a coupon for my regular shopping. The report was simple.

Ah no wonder some shoppers were saying it was the worst shop ever. That makes sense now. I have only done the version that takes 5 minutes to input.
The "easy" version of this shop is with a MSC collecting competitor data. The pay is a bit higher and the shop reimbursement is almost doubled.
The shop reimbursement is $1 for proof of visit. $1 is low, but easy to do at Aldi.

I lost a receipt once. I needed it for both shops to be accepted. I had to return to the store and have the manager pull the receipt for me. It was for a $0.79 cent pack of chili powder.

There must be more than 2 MSCs doing this. The ones I do pay $5 fee $9 reimbursement and $3 fee $5 reimbursement. Both are real easy and quick to input on the apps and neither are competitor shops.
Maybe there are 3? The Aldi shops I do have a few pictures, a simple report and I got $12 for the last one I did which was not bonused.
I've only done Aldi for the company known for their burger shops. I haven't done one in months because the pay was so trash and the strawberries I purchased spoiled the next day.

IIRC, the fee was insanely low like $4 with $5 reimbursement
Because I am an Aldi shopper anyway, it works for me, yeah, lots of busy work, but easy enough report. I am surrounded by Aldis, especially with expanded stores. One is actually closer once it open. I have two in my town, tow south, one east, three west, and more a very short distance.
I don't mind the bonus ones at all. Often that is when I am the most hurried, so it ends up being free groceries. And this year as I have bought the organic grapes, they have lasted longer from Aldi than any other store.
Those $3 pay plus $5 reimbursement shops are so not worth the effort. Having to count up all the out of stock items takes forever. I did two or three and said never again.

This is the one I'm doing today. The location was right next to our gym, so we will be right there. The pay is so low though.
The pay is very low but the fruit is good! I always incorporate it with other shops..... You need groceries anyway, right? smiling smiley
I know the rules. . . . . we cannot disclose the companies that offer shops BUT there is a new Aldis right by gym also. I have been mystery shopping for 17 years with about 30 companies and have never seen them offered. . . .Any hints appreciated : )!
There is also an app that occasionally does buyback audits there. Very simple and great if you like the buyback item.
