Shopped on wrong day for a bank account closure shop. That was really dumb of me and obviously can't try it again.
I was initially rejected for a wire transfer shop because I offered my money "before they asked." After much debate, they finally approved it. I explained the employee held their hand out, which while non-verbal, was an obvious attempt to collect my money at that time. I was told I needed a verbal instruction only, but the guidelines didn't say that and any normal person would know they wanted the money at that time.
A gas station shop was rejected because my photo didn't include the store. I didn't fight it, although the guidelines just say "take an overall photo from the street", which I did. It's not my fault the store was concealed behind the car wash.
Rejected because the bank I went to had their only banker call in sick, so couldn't do anything. Not my fault, but client wouldn't pay.
Those were the only ones I've had rejected in about 400 shops in 2018. Not bad for my first year shopping I'd say.
