For over a year now I have been doing phone audits for a company and at first it was enjoyable and doable. Then the scheduler changed and my workload more than doubled, but the same pay. Now, today I received an email telling me that the fee we get per call is being doubled, but we have to make the call, score it and send it to the client, no more middle man. I like the work it pays well(covers my monthly car insurance), but this new procedure sounds like a lot more work and will take up more time than I have to give. I do a lot of other shops and am not sure what to do, any thoughts?

I think you need to talk with them about what is involved in "scoring it" and "sending it to the client". Until you know what is involved in that you can not possibly make a reasonable decision about it. It may well be that the scoring is a simple +1 for every "Yes", 0 for N/A and -1 for "No". You won't know until you ask. Similarly "sending it to the client" may simply be selecting on the website a radio button indicating "Send" or it may constitute more. If indeed the additional steps add little to your overall workload and make the job fair and reasonable to you, then it would make sense to do. Obviously you are not terribly thrilled with the current status of having had your workload doubled for the same pay, so I can understand your hesitance.
I agree with Flash. Until you know what all is involved, it is hard to decide if it is worth your time.
