Automated Job Phone Call

OMG, you want them to know time zones in addition to geography! Now that is just downright picky!!! :^)
I know, I know. What was I thinking? I'll be sure to be as detailed as they are next time I write a report!! ;-)
I got the same automated message at the same time, 6:30 a.m. Pacific time. I could hardly believe it, had not slept well during the night and then that! Ugh!
I haven't chosen to receive phone or text notifications. Thanks, but no thanks.
Mert, it wasn't something I had signed up for either. Just like a call from a scheduler asking you to work, only automated and annoying. 
Yep, just a friendly little "extra" in the customer service department!

Is this an East Coast bsed MSC? The nerve of them to schedule auomated reminded calls. I am glad that I either do not contract with this MSC or else that they have a different scheduler here. My sole phone is my cell. I do not need my minutes eaten up with garbage calls, and I would consider this garbage.

I was totally ticked off by the Robocall! Thank goodness I have set up my phone to only ring through with calls from close family and friends between certain hours of the evening and early morning! I have no landline, so these calls eat into my plan minutes, as well.

I remember when companies offered free incoming calls. Those were the days!
I don't mind the automated calls. Sometimes, it just reminds you to call in or sign into your account as shops are available.
I don't mind them either, when they are during the daytime! That being said, I received a nice apology email from them telling me there was a computer glitch. Hopefully, no more calls at 6:30 am for any of us!
