still around, but people take them for $0 - $7 now.

2017, I still got $25 to do Papa John's....not since them changed to the new MSC.....this MSC doesn't bonus them that high anymore and people take them for super cheap and take them quickly it seems.

when was the last time you saw one?

I think Dec.

I started new job for Jan., so I dunno if they're shopped 2019 actually. I rarely MS nowadays. But I want to start again to add onto my new job for even more income.

I hope they're still around. But, yeah, to be clear, I don't know about 2019.
I got an email from the MSC on December 1st, but not one for January 1st. Haven't done one in a couple years, since they switched MSCs yet again.
Did they leave the company they were with at the end of 2018?

they're done... they stopped doing them for 2019
individual owners can still do them if they like, but they are no longer mandatory for all stores..
with pj's ever declining sales and profits they are probably going to focus more on that smiling smiley

Thanks for letting us know. Do you work for that MSC or PJ? Just wondering where you got the info.

They really need to focus on the taste of the pizza. I never had a Papa Johns until I shopped it. It was edible, but that sweet sauce and crust really turned me off. I know some people really like it, I know more that don't. I wonder if the drop off in sales is related to PR or taste.

The quality seems to really vary by region, even more so than other large chains. Some areas are terrible, and others are really good. The area I grew up in was the former. I was shocked the first time I tried PJ in another state, and it was delicious!

Happily shopping the Pacific Northwest. Shopping since 2013 smiling smiley

I don't think it's a taste thing so much as PR + better alternatives. PJ's taste has been the same for years from what I can tell. People who liked them 10 years ago probably still like them now. Whereas, the competition has risen. Domino's has totally revamped their pizza quality/taste and are the dominant company now.

Everyone I know likes Domino's, it seems. People I know seem to love/hate with PJ's - same as years ago. Yup, the "sweet and tangy" flavor sauce they have is weird for some people. I like it actually. I just disliked the lack of toppings we can get. I love to get supreme pizzas when I buy pizzas from anywhere.

Sad to see PJ's go. Although, I never got to do them anyways, because people seemed to do them for $0 fee the past 6 months they were around anyways.
