Did Papa John's end their mystery shopping program at the end of 2018? They are not on either MSC site anymore. Can anyone confirm this?

They took some PR hits over the past year and have legal problems. They're probably just focused on all that.

They closed the three locations near me in Upstate NY last year. That leads me to believe they may be having liquidity issues.

In December, the scheduler for one of the MSCs that did them put in a job posting email that PJ was not returning in 2019. I'm not sure if that meant just for that MSC or altogether, but I haven't seen the shops with the other MSC who shopped them in my area so far this year either.

Happily shopping the Pacific Northwest. Shopping since 2013 smiling smiley

They stopped doing them nationally starting this month... local operators can still get them done if they like, but they're no longer mandatory for all stores

WOW! Did not know this but thanks for passing it along. Thankfully I have a ton of Rewards points so I can still get plenty of freebies with them.
