The have a bar that just doesn't sell liquor. It has soft drinks and other non-alcoholic items...and you need to make sure they don't offer you liquor.

And yes; There's loud music and 'other' distractions. And the staff have no interest in giving their names out. And the performers are all using made-up names anyway, so the whole thing is absolutely ridiculous.
