I have done several shops for Second to None;they pay quickly. In addtion, the training is much easier than many other companies who require testing.
The Search feature doesn't find Second to None. However, under mysteryme's post there is a link to further discussion.
I've done several shops for them and the training was a breeze. Once you pass the test on a certain client you can do all the shops you can schedule for that client. Around here they do a couple of well known retail chains so there are several locations.
Get used to them ALWAYS asking a question from your report after the fact that you already reported... clarification they say. But it is time consuming.
I think it must be the particular editor who asks the clarification ..... I've done a number of shops for them and have never had any kind of question from them.
I also have never had follow up questions from them. Must be lucky I guess. I don't do a lot for them, as I live in a rural area. I see a bit for a shopper who can take a 13-16 year old with them. Can't wait for my neighbor's kid to grow up a bit!
I do a number of assignments for this company. I recommend them. Their tests are not demanding and also they are very straightforward. I also havent been contacted much for shops' follow up either. They have two options for payment , direct deposit or via paypal and both are convenient, since they pay in due time.
Be careful. I just found out that a shop of mine from November was rejected because I didn't respond to the request for clarification. Except I never received the request.

OTOH, I've done many shops for them, and this was the first problem.
Gotta watch your homepage for an indicator of 'Reports with Errors'. It will be in red letters. Generally, when there's need for clarification, an email will also be sent which explains what is needed. There have been times when I didn't get an email for clarification though, so I don't assume all is well based on no email. After entering reports, check 'My Assignments' to make sure they've gone to bed in 'My Report Archive'.
Their schedulers have always been helpful and accommodating to me, so for that reason I like working with them.

Like all other MFC companies, the pay leaves a lot to be desired...if you wait they almost always tack on bonuses once the end of the month approaches. Then, its finally worth the time/cost in gas etc..but that goes for almost all of them.

I've only done one shop for them, and the pay was actually very high (which is why I did it in the first place!). I have no idea what the deal was, the job wasn't posted on their board and was scheduled through an outside scheduler. From what I know about the company, this sure seems like an unusual situation.
I find the pay low; however, if I can schedule a few shops together that are near each other I will do them. They reports are very easy and do not take alot of time.
I like them and they bonus quite frequently. I would highly recommend this company.

Well Carol (ongoing), since they "bonus" quickly, I will give them another try.

Live consciously....
Irene, this is the company with the p/r computer return that is normally $25, but was bonused $50 to make it $75, but you stated you don't feel comfortable putting a charge on your account, even if it was for $75. Other bonuses are more in the typical range of $6 or so.
I am actually looking for a notebook for around $445 at Best Buy. I have a rewards CC there with no interest for 12 months, so, wouldn't be putting it on my CC. How long do you wait until you get paid?

Live consciously....
I just looked at their job board, have been signed but have not worked for them for years (can't remember why), but I see they pay 7.00 + 1.00 reimbursement, so, tell me, why all the kudo's? Just because they pay on time, shouldn't they?

Live consciously....
Although I DO remember why I didn't shop them for years, I am back to doing the $25 ones. So far so good. But I will never advance a nickle on their behalf again. When there was a problem there was just too much difficulty in getting any communication out of them at all.
