Sex/Gender?

The hands often give it away too. But really all we can do is try to make an observation. Hey, we have a 50/50 chance! I am sure it won't be long before "other" becomes a choice on our surveys/eports. I have seen "other" for race at times on surveys.

I have to think that if the gender is that hard to figure out the manager would already be aware of the issue.
