Are we missing shops?

AND part of building good relationships with schedulers is to ask questions before the shop AND to let them know, via email, when something GOOD happened, as well as if something bad happened. Too often, they only hear about bad stuff from shoppers. And, always thank them for their help and support.

@HonnyBrown That makes sense. Doing the shops that no one wants to do and helping out when they are in a crunch, i'm sure the schedulers would say I can rely on her and start letting me know before they hit the board. That's amazing seriously.
@walesmaven Very good point. It's usually just straight to the point when a scheduler has called me. I guess I should start building a rapport with them!
