I've done these "blue pin" shops before, but it seems this one may have gotten off to a bumpy start.
How do I know if I passed the cert quiz? No email arrived from scheduler; no indication of pass/fail after submission of quiz responses.
However, I can see the blue pins that correspond to the client
AND
when I choose one, I see this message:
Visit: Were you able to successfully complete your mystery shop?
Am I good to go?
