Looking for shopper in greater New Orleans to be my partner

I'm looking for a shopper to be my partner. Mostly dining shops. We would alternate shops. This way instead of friends getting the benefits of eating out for free while I (or you) do all of the work we each get someone to share the work and benefits. One time you get the assignment and do the report, the next time I do. Anyone interested?

If you take your friends out don't they ever reciprocate?

Sounds like a great idea if you find the right person.

Think about it differently. You are not taking your friends out for a "free" meal. You are working for several hours making observations and writing a report to "pay" for the meal. Your friends can just as well take you out for a meal and pay for it with money they earned.

No. They aren't mystery shoppers.
There are companies who will view this unfavorably if you are outside of rotation.

For example if there is a 3 month rotation on the shop and you and your shopper buddy do the shop in July, neither of you would be eligible for the shop again until October. Not all companies are like that, I've just heard rumors that SOME companies view it that way. I suggest checking with your scheduler.

My experience with friends is that some of them understand the work I have to do but I really do not think most of them think of it as dollars earned. They do know I put in work but some still see it as a free meal for them, if not for me. A few who cannot really afford to take me out for a meal in exchange make it up in different ways. Some I sense just eat the meal, go home and figure I treated them but they don't owe me as I did not pay. Somehow those do not see the several hours I put in as equivalent to the price of the meal they just ate. I generally use this method to repay a kindness or kindnesses my friends have done for me and do not expect something in exchange from them. But for those friends I will not want to do all the work all the time. I had no issue with taking my family members when they were around. There are only a few I know that I trust to take on a mystery shop though. Going with another mystery shopper can help with that issue and perhaps if the msc does not allow two ms to alternate within the rotation you can find other restaurant shops to go to together where neither of you are out of rotation and still enjoy the food.
I love this concept! But bGriffin has a good point about rotation. There are many msc's though that state two adults only no children no pets, Etc and for people who don't have regular dining Partners this would be a great matchup idea!
