Has anyone received this error message when trying to log into a company? I have had it a few times, the last time with IPSOS. I scrolled down, clicked the boxes and still keep getting this error message.

Close it out and log back in and it should be okay. I noticed that same thing with some other Sassie companies. It's just a glitch.
I tried it several times, logging in, logging out, shutting down and restarting my computer, it still isn't working.

Hmm. I dunno, I guess contact them about it, but just not sure why...oh, what about a different browser? I am using Google Chrome currently. I used to have a lot of Mozilla glitches...
I get the error message after scrolling down and clicking on the box. I ignore it. I then log into the site normally (not clicking in a link in an email). It always works.

There have been a few shoppers telling me about this, and when I go into their shopper profile, there is a part at the very top asking them to verify their address (actual address, not email address). I have clicked on that, clicked "yes", and then they were able to log in after that. I don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but try that and see if it works.
Thanks @myst4au & @KSSPete I tried one way on one site and they other on another. Both worked!

@JASFLALMT It's happened a few times, but I don't remember which ones because they weren't my normal companies, just was checking my list to see who might have shops in my area..

The same here. I only get the error when I click the links on the e-mail. If I just go to the site and log in normally, I don't get the error message. I believe I only get it with IPSOS.
I am getting an error message when I try to submit some shops. They are definitely being sent but the green submit button states that there is an error. I have sent a text to the company and have definitely received it. I am not sure if it is a Sassie or Prophet site.
