Geo Verify Home Address

I just became a resident of South Dakota and have a new address. I've been updating it in my MSC accounts but I ran into a potential problem that maybe someone here knows the answer. I see they want a Geo verification of my address but the problem is I won't be back in SD until next summer.

Does it matter if I don't verify my address?

Or us there a way to get a GEO code somewhere online by typing in the address?

Thanks for your help.

GeoVerify is an app that uses GPS on your phone. You can't go online and get a code. That having been said, maybe a year ago, someone said that they knew how to "trick" GeoVerify to make it think that it was at any address they wanted. No details were given. I am NOT advising you to submit fake informaiton, even if it is possible.

That's not what he meant. He is talking about updating his extended profile with Sassie companies.
And I have no idea. I am guessing you could probably write a scheduler and ask, or just skip it until you actually are back at your new home in SD.
I have never used GeoVerify for my home address.

I suppose if you wanted to use it, you could have someone else at your home use the program to generate a code.
It's not Geoverify the OP is talking about. It's about verifying their location in the Sassie extended profile. Someone at the OP's house would have to logon to their Sassie website accounts for the MSCs to do that.
Like I said, I have never done it. Just checked one of my accounts. There is an option to set the location manually. Zoom out and drag, then zoom in to set it more precisely.
Geoverify is the name of an app. Just wanted to clarify the OP was not talking about the app.

I have verified my location in all my Sassie company accounts but have done so from home.
Right. You made a good point about the login. Still not necessary to be in the place where you set your location.
I think the confusion here may be due to the fact that you can use GPS Verifier (formerly GeoVerify) to verify your address in SASSIE if the in-browser option isn't working. But either way, you need to be at the location to do it.

I'm sorry I deleted this post (or so I thought) shortly after I posted it because I figured out how to do it. I was updating my Sassie profile in all the companies and am currently in Missouri, not SD where I just became a resident. (I left the state before I updated my profiles.). I was able to manually manipulate the map to the location and update them that way. It took a lot of time to do them all that way but I have them finished. Thanks!
I had just gone through that with a few companies so I figured that was what you were asking about. But what gets me is the companies still use the line of sight for distance mileage, guess they never heard of mapquest.
It is frustrating when there is a lake in the way.
